A lot of our early science came with the closing on the garden and the putting up of food. Other than that we pay keen attention to the changing of the seasons and explore science through story, song, and movement. Clarity enjoys watching the wildlife flow into and out of yard and is quite the expert at identifying the birds that come to visit her bird feeding station. We plan to continue to use seasonal stories to explore the cycles of nature.
