Earlier in the semester Clarity got her first Soprano recorder, and we have slowly been working on her first few songs. "Mill O' Mill" (a simple a, b song) is her first complete song, although she stills needs a little help. She has also recently started taking violin lessons with a local teacher. She is still practicing on the box violin but we hope to have her real instrument any day now. I have also been working on violin so I can help her at home, and we plan to join the local Suzuki group classes next year once Clarity is ready. Other than that we still do a lot of unstructured "jamming" with me on guitar and her on a myriad of instruments (and outfits).
